When I personally think of exquisite, feminine clothes, Splash is one of the brands that instantly comes to my mind. I still remember the little-girlish excitement I felt when Splash opened their first store in Bangalore on M.G Road[or should I call it Bengaluru now? For the record, I like Bangalore better]. And the store was everything that I dreamed of! For those of you who love Splash but are constantly disappointed with themselves for not getting their hands on those fast moving pieces[me], there is good news.

Splash has opened up another store in Bangalore. This time around in the heart of our city, Commercial Street. Its time to watch your shopaholics pocket a little more carefully lest you find yourself bankrupt[again me].
The commercial street Splash is better than the M.G road splash. It has 3 entire floors dedicated to clothes!

The COO of Splash India, Mr. Kalyan Kumar was very kind to invite me to take a look at their Commercial Street store and also to preview Splash’s Spring/Summer’15 collection. I love Splash summers silhouettes – they are always tropical and flowy and feminine. The event was one of the best I have attended so far in my blogging career. It was super well organised – professional photographers were arranged to take the pictures of the dresses we modelled, food was amazing and the best part was the fashion show that followed. This display of high fashion was accompanied by live music by renowned band ‘Peepal Tree.’

The commercial street store is part of the new creative concept rolled out earlier this year – starting with the Infiniti Mall, Malad store launch. The new concept is sleek, minimal, fluid which renders creatively to an all white and glossy effect. Minimalism and linearity ensures ease of navigation for the consumer as well as a display which accentuates product offerings.
The minimalistic ambiance combined with topical prints and colors of the clothes was a visual treat to my eyes.
